Maura and Brody are 13 weeks old today! Chris and I cannot believe how fast they are changing. We looked back through their pictures this weekend, and we were amazed at the changes. It seems like the hospital is a faint memory... thank goodness. Last night we also reached a milestone; Maura and Brody slept from 9:00 until 5:00 this morning. It was amazing sleeping that long at one time... especially for Chris and I!

Maura and Brody went to two birthday parties Saturday. They slept through the first one, but we did wake them long enough to get pictures with then wearing birthday hats! Here are just a few of the pictures from the parties.

Twelve Weeks Old

It has already been twelve weeks! I cannot believe how quickly the time is going. Last week was difficult for me because I was in Atlanta all week with my new job, but both grandmothers had a blast playing with Maura and Brody while I was gone. I know they were both glad to go home to get some sleep, and I was glad when my flight finally arrived in Brunswick Friday night. Brody and Maura are both sitting up in their seats, and Maura really thinks she is a big girl in hers! Here are some pictures from last week and one this morning.

Eleven Weeks

These past two weeks have been especially busy. You can definitely tell because I have not updated the blog in two weeks! I was doing really well there for a while. Brody and Maura had their first round of shots last week, and they both did really well. Maura weighed 10 pounds and Brody weighed in at 12.4 pounds. I also started working from home, so that has kept me busy! This Tuesday I go to Atlanta until Friday night for my new job. I am NOT looking forward to leaving my babies for the first time, but I know their grandmothers and daddy will take great care of them. I am leaving my camera in hopes that someone takes over the photography while I am gone. These are some pictures from the past two weeks!

Nine Weeks Old

Brody and Maura turned nine weeks old today! I cannot believe how quickly the time passes. Today they went with me to clean out my classroom. It was sad to leave the school, but I am thrilled to be able to stay at home with Maura and Brody. It will really hit me when all of my friends go back to school in August. This Friday we go to the doctor for their two month check-up and immunizations. I am anxious to see how much they have grown, but I dread going through four shots with each baby!
