Swimming July 4th

We took Maura and Brody swimming at Uncle Scott and Aunt Megan's pool on July 4th. Maura was a little under the weather, but that all changed when she got in the water. Chris and I had to drag them both out of the water after three hours of swimming!

Miley Rose Nelsen was born June 23, 2010. Maura and Brody have not met her yet, but we hope that changes really soon.

Memorial Day 2010

Memorial Day weekend was spent at the Thomas's house in South Carolina. Maura and Brody had a blast playing with the new Cocker Spaniel puppies, Jasper and Annie. Chris and I enjoyed relaxing and especially sleeping late each morning!

May 2010

I just signed Maura and Brody up for mothers-morning-out to start this fall. I wondered if the decision was the best, but this week has given me reassurance that I made the best decision . Brody needs to be able to play with some boys because he is always around little girls. Now Maura, she needs lots of things, but most importantly she needs a little structure. She is a sweet girl, but you can see from the picture of Brody that she thinks she can do whatever she wants!

Imagine It! Children's Museum

On Sunday we went to Imagine It! Children's Museum in Atlanta. This place was absolutely fabulous for young kids. Maura and Brody had a blast the entire time we were there, and we will definitely be going back!
