Conner's First Bath

Conner had his first bath in his tub today. Maura and Brody both wanted to assist in bathing Conner. With Chris taking pictures, me bathing Conner, and two assistants on each side, it truly was a family event to give Conner a bath!

Poppell Farms

By Saturday, October 2 we were all ready to get out of the house. Chris and I took the three children to Poppell Farms for Maura and Brody to play and pick a pumpkin. We all thoroughly enjoyed the day, and all of the activity made everyone sleep soundly last night!

Conner Two Weeks Old

Conner is already two weeks old. Maura and Brody are continuing to help with feedings, diaper changes, and basically telling me what Conner "needs".

First Day of Preschool

Today was the first day of preschool for Maura and Brody. They were a bit shy going in to the classroom, but both quickly started playing in the kitchen. Chris and I were able to sneak out in hopes that no one shed a tear. I guess the teacher will let me know when I pick them up after lunch.

Meeting Cousin Miley

Maura and Brody finally met their cousin Miley a week ago. Neither of them were certain at first what to think of the sweet baby girl, but they eventually warmed up.

Hospital Visit

Maura had a brief stay in the hospital this week with an infection. She was a trooper while there, and has been especially brave going brave each morning going back to have the wound cleaned. Hopefully only another week of this and we will be back to normal.
